Agronomy Notes

MZ 4151TRE offers a unique combination of above ground insect control. Plants are medium to tall in height with medium ear placement. Flowering occurs 1 day later  vs MZ 4280DBR. Ears are long with 16-18 kernel rows. Husk cover is long and opens well at harvest. Stalks and roots are strong. Tolerance to leaf diseases and anthracnose stalk rot are solid. Fall plant intactness is very good. Position in and south of maturity zone. Predicted moderate response to Fungicide. Optimum population is between  32-34 ppa.
