Agronomy Notes

MZ 2812SMX is a medium statured hybrid with excellent stalks and roots. Plants have exceptional seedling vigour with rapid early growth. MZ 2812SMX has medium flower timing for its maturity. Ears are long and slightly tapered with 16-18 kernel rows. Grain is of excellent quality and test weight. Husks open nicely to aid in drydown. Plants have impressive fall intactness and standability. Position in and north of its maturity zone. Responds to higher populations.
