Flexible positioning. MZ 3397SMX has strong seedling vigour for rapid canopy
establishment. Husk cover is adequate just covering ear tips. Strong stalks allow
flexible harvest. Performs positively in low and high yield environments. Early
flowering allows movement north of adapted zone. Performs best at moderate to
higher populations (33-36k). Favourable response to intensive management. Likely
to respond to fungicides. Excels under high yield environments. Has stress tolerance
for variable yield environments.
